Room operating unit (interface) Rymaskon® RYM 1302-THC-OTS-M-FM-B

The room controllers of the Rymaskon® 1000 series are designed for controlling residential, hotel, and office rooms and individually regulate the indoor heating, cooling, and ventilation stages. The product family stands out for its elegant design, intuitive operation, and the wide range of possible combinations of the individual components.

The Rymaskon® 1000 room controller interface units are used to control temperature, ventilation, solar shading (roller shutters, blinds) or lighting (with dimming function). The room controller interface units provide setpoints either via conventional wired Modbus or via the wireless, radio-based W-Modbus of the building management system (BMS/GLT). The optical display is provided via a 2" TFT display, while operation is via capacitive keys (touchkeys). Communication is either wired via Modbus (RTU) / BACnet (MS/TP) or wirelessly via W-Modbus (RTU) / W-BACnet (MS/TP).
In addition to the integrated temperature and humidity sensor, optional sensors for CO2 and VOC are available. Furthermore, an input for a passive temperature sensor (NTC10K) and an input for a potential-free contact are provided. This allows, for example, a window contact or a condensation monitor to be connected. As a result, all options are available to climate-control rooms flexibly and individually.
All device types are available in the timeless housing Iduna 3 (112 x 89.5 x 24 mm) in the colors white or black. Wall mounting is possible on standard flush-mounted boxes or surface-mounted units.
